Ronin Real Estate Development is thrilled to announce that this beautiful beach front home, which is located on Deerfield Beach has become one of our most recent projects.

The Owners contacted Ronin to correct major water intrusion problems throughout the home. The main problem was the Keystone tower. Keystone is raw coral, cut right out of the mine. It is a real rough product. It has holes that go right through the stone. Keystone is not mined anymore because coral has become protected. It is only mined on a small scale and by permission only. To install this type of wall today it would cost over $80,000. The problem is that the block wall was never waterproofed correctly before the keystone was installed. The owners had hired a few companies to try to seal and water proof it. All attempts have failed simply because the holes would allow the water to run right through and down the block structure behind the keystone. To save this beautiful Keystone wall Ronin is going to grout and fill the keystone, then seal the wall.

The next water intrusion problem is the out dated PGT impact windows. Ronin will be up dating all the windows in the home to the new PGT Winguard. Because this home is located on the beach, it is in a highly corrosive environment. The new PGT Winguard 780 sliding French doors will be used. All the internal hardware including all screws and rollers on the 780 door are made of 18-8 stainless steel.

Once all the water intrusion problems are handled, The water damage drywall in side the home will be addressed
