RONIN DEVELOPMENT

This home is located on the bay in Miami Beach. We are putting on additions, including a carport and covered patio. We are also retrussing most of the roof. What is unique about this project is the foundation. The foundation includes 12 resistance and 24 helical piles. The foundation is made up of underground pile caps and grade beams. When completed it will be finished off with a full outdoor kitchen. We are also renovating the pool.
