This home was completely renovated by us. We did the stucco, the drywall throughout the home. New kitchen, and four marble bathrooms. The master bath we have use in our ads. The rain head for the shower is located in a sky light and there is no real shower just an open part of the room. It is very unique. We installed marble throughout the common areas of the home. Outside we built a 200 foot retaining wall out of diamond brick interlocking block. We installed a 198 foot dock with 21 concrete pilings. Finished it off with an Ipa deck and a 15,000 pound capacity boat lift. We also installed PGT impact windows throughout the home.
