RONIN DEVELOPMENT

We at Ronin Development are excited about being awarded the contract to completely renovate this landmark Victorian Mansion. This gorgeous home sits majestically on a large point lot just north of Atlantic Blvd, on the west side of the Intracoastal Waterway. Anyone, who has been on the water in Pompano, has admired this home. This mansion was built by the locally very well known, Kareer Family in 1987. The extremely high end renovations to this home include completely changing the floor plan, upstairs and down, new roof, impact windows, high end cabinets and Viking appliances.
The bathrooms are going to be set completely in glass. Marble floors will be set throughout the down stairs level, and wood flooring throughout the upstairs. Ronin has completely removed the standard batt insulation and replace it with Icynene. Icynene is a blown in foam type insulation. It is far superior to any else on the market when it comes to “R” value and air quality. Ronin now includes Icynene standard in all of our new construction projects.
Of course Ronin is once again completely renovating the pool. We striped the pool to its skeleton gunite shell. We are installing a 12X7 spa with water features that include three fiber optic Lamar Jets lions head and a waterfall. Lamar Jets are water canons which shoot a smooth stream of water which look like glass bars. They change colors and are synchronized with the colored LED pool lights. Of course, let’s not forget a salt water system.
